Changer XP will enable you to put your favorite images and pictures as your boot screen, IE skin, and desktop wallpaper. You can organize the programs of your screen saver and run them in the order that you wish. Whenever you boot up, a very unique special windows is just clicks away.

There is an automatic option which allows you to program IE Skin, desktop wallpaper, screen saver, boot screen and Win XP logon screen so it can change automatically after a certain amount of time (e.g. 30 minutes or more); the period can be more than just minutes. It can include hours, days, minutes and seconds.

Thumbnail view is supported. It also supports image re-sampling with interpolation and averaging which will cause a best quality image for both boot screen and desktop wallpaper. Color reduction is also supported and color reduction with image dithering will keep the quality of the image's source for IE Skin, boot screen and desktop screen.

To make your control of Changer XP easy, you should always use the system tray.

Preview screen saver and settings by the context menu.

Changer XP supports many kinds of files (JPG, GIF, TGA, WMF, BMP, PNG, EMF, TIF and modified into skrnl. Exe files). It checks for new versions online at start up automatically.
